Note: Bundles are not eligible for full refunds, only partial (equal to 1 sample pack) refunds due to the number of included packs.
Once refunded, you cannot use our samples. We may deny refunds for fraudulent activity.
Notice: Only one refund is allowed every 6 months for downloaded packs. If we have already issued a refund for your first request, you cannot receive another refund until 6 months after the initial refunded order.
